TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Entry is open to academic staff and students from local universities, polytechnics, institutes, colleges, and schools locally and internationally.
-
Limited to FIVE (5) members per team, including the team leader.
-
Submission is open to ENGLISH, BAHASA MELAYU & ARABIC.
-
All registrations must be done via provided link only.
-
The best of the best award for each category will be sponsored to participate in IUCEL 2023 (RM250).
DISCLAIMER
-
Only registrations with PAID FEES will be processed and recognized as participants.
-
All result is final; any correspondence about the result will not be entertained.
-
The panel of judges or the organizing committees are not liable in respect of any matters which arise from or are connected to the results of the competition.
-
The organizers have the right to reject any entries that are below the video expectation requirements, plagiarism or have any sensitive/political issues.
AWARDS
-
All registered participants will be entitled to win either Bronze, Silver & Gold, together with an e-certificate.
-
Best of the best award for each category.
-
Only one (1) medal is provided per team. Meanwhile, the e-certificate will include all the group members’ names in one e-certificate (softcopy).
-
If you wish to get more than 1 medal, please pay RM25 per medal + RM10 (courier & to be posted to the same address).

Medals will be posted according to phases, at the latest by December 2022.
REGISTRATION:

Eligible participants may register more than one entry into the competition. Participants may participate in the competition as both individual participants and as team participants.
-
All participants must provide valid e-mail and addresses (for courier purposes).
-
All participants must provide accurate names (for e-certificate purposes).
-
The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be available to be printed once a project has been successfully registered (upon request by emailing insted@iium.edu.my. Participants may use that LOA to apply for funding from their respective schools, institutions or organizations.

Participants must provide valid proof of payment to the organizers through the competition’s official website.

The fees must be paid as per the category registered.
